Donate, retain or refund – information for ticket holders for concert scheduled Mar 28th.

This is an update to the situation regarding our concert scheduled for Mar 28th. As you can imagine, there is significant cost involved in cancelling this concert. Professional soloists, orchestra and musicians were already booked. As freelance musicians, their livelihoods are facing massive disruption so we feel strongly that they should be supported. In addition, we had already incurred the other significant expenses involved in the usual set up of a concert. As a charity, we would kindly request ticket holders to consider the ticket cost as a donation at this time to offset these huge expenses.  Many ticket holder have already generously agreed to do this.
Alternatively, ticket holders will be able to use their tickets at a future concert. You need take no action. Just retain your ticket and  further information will be available at the time.
All those who purchased tickets on-line will receive a separate message regarding donating their ticket, holding for a future concert or requesting a refund.
If you do need to ask for a full refund, please return your tickets with a note of your bank details i.e.account name, sort code and account number to:
