A special opportunity
We are running a special sponsorship scheme to support a superb occasion when we will be singing The Creation by Haydn at the Concert Hall, Reading, 7.30pm, Saturday March 17th with the Southern Sinfonia and three outstanding soloists.
In return for supporting an instrument or performer, sponsors get reserved seats for the performance, their name as sponsor in the programme and the chance to meet the musicians at a special reception. With such an assembly of talent performing Haydn’s masterpiece, this is a marvellous opportunity to be involved in quality local music-making.

We value your support
Patrons, sponsors and advertisers play a vital role in helping us bring choral music to wider audiences. Your support means we can fulfil our aim of having an amateur, un-auditioned choral society deliver ambitious performances and work with the highest calibre musicians and performers; enables us to offer free membership to students; encourage local children to get involved in singing; buy essential equipment (such as staging); perform -and even commission - exciting and experimental new work; and appear at new venues. There are a number of ways to get involved.
Patrons: Our Patrons donate varying sums of money every year. There is a minimum donation of at least £20.00 a year per person – there is no upper limit! If you are able to Gift Aid your donation, we can claim an extra 25%. By becoming a Patron you will be providing regular valuable support and joining a community of music lovers and supporters who enjoy their involvement. Patrons receive:
- advance notice of our performances
- an invitation to our end of year party
- an invitation to our annual Open Rehearsal
- acknowledgement in all our programmes

Advertisers: We welcome advertisements for our concert programmes. These are produced each year for each of our three concerts and seen by between 300-400 discerning and influential readers in the local area. Yearly agreements for advertisements are welcome.
