    Welcome to all the Pleasures - Join Henley Choral Society for their popular Summer performance on Saturday 29th June at the Christ Church Centre, Henley at 7.30pm.  Enjoy a wonderful evening of music including Purcell’s ‘Welcome to all the Pleasures’ written in honour of Saint Cecilia, Patron Saint of music  and Elgar’s ‘From the Bavarian Highlands’ which he wrote to remember his family holiday in the region.  The choir will be joined by the up and coming Bell String Quartet and the talented David Smith on piano. 
    Tickets £18 for adults and £5 for under 18s.

Join Henley Choral Society, Henley Youth Choirs and a top-class jazz quintet as we perform contemporary British composer  Alexander L’Estrange’s joyful jazz-infused Zimbe! and Ahoy! Sing for the Mary Rose.

SONGS OF PEACE

7.30pm Saturday, 6th April 2024, The Great Hall, University of Reading

 

Our concert to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day, featuring Vaughan Williams Dona Nobis Pacem (‘Grant us peace’), Elgar The Spirit of England and Finzi  Lo, the Full, Final Sacrifice with a retiring collection in aid of the Royal British Legion, was a great success in a packed Great Hall, University of Reading. THE HENLEY BIG SING

Saturday 14th October 2023, Henley Town Hall

What an absolutely amazing event this was!  Over 300 adults and children joined us to sing at the two events on the day AND you raised over £1,000 for Riverside Counselling.
